We are looking for an experiencedACCOUNTANT ASSISTANT to join our team, with a strong background in Accounting, Administration and Compliance.
* Manage and maintain accurate financial records and accounts.
* Handle banking transactions and reconciliations.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (KYC,Tax,Etc).
* Prepare and submit various reports (MIS,VAT,Etc).
* Manage administrative tasks (Insurance, Legal contracts, Utilities,Visa,Etc).
* Ensure compliance with healthy and safety regulations.
* Managing all Accounts related documents.
* Managing Account receivable and payable.
Requirements
* 3to 10 years of experience in an Account Assistant role.
* Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
* Proficient in accounting softwares like Xero,Ms Office,Etc.
* Excellent organizational and communication skills.
* Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast - paced environment.
