Agile Delivery Manager / Project Manager – Driving Innovation & Delivering Excellence
Hybrid role - you can be mainly remote but will need to be able to travel to Cardiff for 1 day p/week.
Are you an experienced Agile Delivery Manager with a passion for solving problems and driving software projects and products to success? Our client is delivering cutting-edge software products for their global Business Services team.
As an Agile Delivery Manager, you will lead and support cross-functional teams, ensuring smooth delivery of exciting features while working closely with development leads and product owners. If you have a background in Kanban or Scrum and love motivating teams to achieve great things, this could be the role for you!
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage 2-3 agile teams (4-8 members) to efficiently deliver software features.
* Collaborate with the Software Development Lead and Product Owner to plan and synchronize upcoming features.
* Track project resources, budgets, and status, escalating risks or issues when needed.
* Drive improvements in processes and ensure timely use of project tools.
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven leadership experience in project delivery.
* SDLC knowledge and experience managing web-based application projects.
* Strong knowledge of Kanban or Scrum methodologies.
* Experience managing web-based application projects.
* Ability to inspire teams, communicate effectively, and embrace change.
Desirable:
* Experience working with Atlassian tools & MS Office.
* Cloud environment experience.
* Certified Scrum Master or similar qualifications.
