Our Digital Delivery Team are recruiting a corporate trainee to assist in the roll out of Robotic Process Automation (RPA). This is a project that spans the entire organisation and offers an opportunity to develop keys skills in business analysis and implementing a new technology.
This role will involve working online from home 4 days a week with a team day at County Hall on Thursdays.
About the job
In this Corporate Trainee role, you will learn to:
* Assist in documenting current business processes using flowcharts and detailed descriptions.
* Collect and compile data related to process performance metrics.
* Support the gathering and analysis of functional and non-functional requirements.
* Draft communication materials and schedule meetings with stakeholders and project team members.
* Generate and distribute regular status reports on project progress.
* Maintain and organise project knowledge repositories and documentation.
To support your development, you will receive on the job training and supervision to help you deliver an efficient and effective service in a positive and customer focussed manner. You will also be supported by a named mentor to who will encourage you to develop a range of transferrable skills to support your career progression.
