A rapidly improving secondary school in Raunds, Northamptonshire, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced qualified Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCo) to join their dedicated staff from October 2024. Salary: MPS/UPS, Dependent on experience with SEN allowance/TLR

Contract: Fixed term with the view of being made permanent

Requirements:
* Qualified teacher status (QTS) and a recognised UK SENCo qualification.
* Significant UK experience in a similar role within a secondary school setting.
* Strong knowledge of current SEN legislation and practices.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A passion for improving outcomes for students with special educational needs.
