As our Inside Sales Representative you will have a varied role with the opportunity to work with a wide range of stakeholders across the business - you will be responsible for key activities ranging from order quoting, processing and shipping to invoicing and sales forecasting within our Downhole Tools group.
You will be the primary contact within the inside sales team for your specific geographical area, allowing continual focus on building customer relationships and satisfaction.
Your day-to-day will include:
1. Actioning all requests for quotations, including pricing and sourcing options.
2. Checking and completing order processing, entry through to delivery.
3. Highlighting compliance and credit restrictions within the despatch process.
4. Proactively updating customers throughout crucial points of the process, including managing expectations on expected delivery time frame.
5. Preparing invoices.
6. Participate in sales team activities, assisting with revenue forecasting, customer relations and sales maintenance/development.
