About the role: You will be part of our Global Service Desk, assisting 3,500 colleagues across the UK, North America and Japan. You’ll use your passion for delivering great customer service to support a wide range of technology platforms used by our various business units. No two days will be the same. Day-to-day, you will help to ensure issues are resolved and service requests fulfilled all within agreed SLAs. You’ll offer advice and guidance to other Service Desk members and be a point of escalation where needed. You’ll also use your analytical skills and ingenuity to identify and lead on improvement opportunities. Please note, you may be required to attend other Drax UK locations on an ad hoc basis (London, Selby and Northampton). Who we’re looking for: You’ll be a strong communicator, keen problem-solver and love to contribute ideas for improving processes.
