Main duties of the job Raise invoices for and monitor payment of study related expenses. Support the financial administration of grants, including monitoring and reporting. Collaborate with researchers and stakeholders to support grant management and study related expenses. Prepare financial reports and statements for internal and external stakeholders. Preparing and circulating agreed regular and ad-hoc research financial reports to management and budget-holders to support financial control and decision making. Administering designated aspects of the departments financial systems. Monitor and raise purchase requisitions for the department. Support the R&I Manager & collaborate with researchers and stakeholders in drafting research contracts & variations to contracts.
