You must enjoy working with young people to develop their skills and to help them overcome their barriers to learning and work in a supportive, yet structured environment. You will need to be able to drive & have access to a car, have excellent interpersonal skills, a good knowledge of SEND and an understanding of factors affecting performance in the workplace. You will also have the ability to work enthusiastically and reliably under pressure and need to be able to manage your time effectively.
