What you'll be doing: Validating and determining eligibility of Group Protection claims against policy terms and conditions Requesting medical evidence on new and existing Group Protection claims, to judge what medical evidence to obtain in line with Legal & General’s philosophies or in line with specified instructions Calculating benefits to be paid in the event of an eligible claim Requesting and gathering outstanding claim requirements from internal and external customers in a timely manner Developing and building strong relationships with IFA’s and Policyholders (employers) to deliver positive customer outcomes Supporting our programme of continuous improvements by contributing ideas and engaging with projects Ensuring a consistent, timely and accurate level of service is maintained in line with service level agreements.
