This role offers you the opportunity to broaden your design experience as you will work collaboratively with our friendly team across a number of creative areas including onsite, paper, digital and photography.
Innovation is key as we look for new ideas which will improve the customer experience and our business processes.
ABOUT THE ROLE
With a strong working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite, you will be ultra-enthusiastic and keen to support the team on any and every aspect of design. You will work across all our brands, assisting each with the delivery of their print and digital requirements whilst delivering the core values and attributes of the Brands.
* Work within the Creative Department to create compelling, exciting and innovative creative for print & digital.
* Deliver a variety of paper stimulus, from layout & design through to repro/print ready artwork.
* Manage your workload and priorities to ensure all work is produced accurately and within agreed budgets/timescales.
* Liaise with relevant departments (Buying & Merchandise, Marketing and external creative/photographic suppliers) as necessary to ensure the smooth production and implementation of work.
* Ensure artwork is produced to a consistent high standard.
* Follow templates & graphics pack in accordance to FGH guidelines.
* Monitor the marketplace & competitors, keeping the creative team informed on industry initiatives and key learnings within the mail order/internet environment.
ABOUT YOU
* Excellent working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Dreamweaver, After Effects, InDesign and Illustrator.
* Have a strong creative ability to turn briefs into engaging campaigns.
* Ideally 2-3 years’ experience in Design/Mail Order Creative.
* HTML and CSS skills an advantage.
* Good written, verbal communication and presentation skills.
* A great eye for design and layout with excellent attention to detail.
* Excellent time management skills, the ability to meet deadlines and adapt to change with high levels of accuracy.
* Able to work independently, flexible and enthusiastic with a can-do approach.
* Able to problem-solve and think and react quickly in a dynamic business environment.
