VANRATH are thrilled to be assisting an industry leading Facilities Management company in Warrenpoint with the recruitment of a Administrator to join their expanding team.
This is a position that requires combining excellent organisational skills, people skills and multitasking skills.
Full time - Permanent role.
Salary

Responsibilities:
* Maintaining accurate records of all company vehicles, including registration, insurance, mot history.
* Must be able to demonstrate a high level of knowledge and experience in the managing programming of Engineers and sub-contractors.
* Handling telephone enquiries.
* Scheduling works on a daily basis via the company software system
* A technical knowledge of maintenance in a social housing context
* Uphold Data Protection Policies
* General office duties
The Ideal Person:
* Experience within similar role
* Computer literate, particularly with knowledge of Word and Excel
