Driver Hire (Torbay) is seeking a 7.5t driver on an ongoing basis for our client based near Kingsbridge. This position may vary from ad-hoc days to full-time work, depending on client requirements each week. The successful candidate will be part of a two-person team, responsible for collecting recycling around the South Hams area.
About the Role
1. Start time: 06:45 until finish
2. Monday to Friday (Saturdays worked in lieu of Bank Holidays)
3. £16.25 – £21.13 per hour (PAYE Advanced; other options available)
4. Immediate start

5. A full and valid Category C1 licence
6. In-date CPC and digital tachograph cards
7. No more than 6 points on your licence, with no DR, DD, or IN convictions for insurance purposes
8. Ability to lift and carry heavy loads due to the physical nature of this role
9. Own transport is essential for getting to and from work
10. Working mobile telephone
