Proactive Personnel are currently searching for a Quality and Regulatory Coordinator for an international manufacturing company working in the food and beverage industry. This is a permanent full time position, our client is one of the largest manufacturers of fragrances, food colouring and flavourings working with some of the world’s biggest brands. Main purpose of the Quality and Regulatory Coordinator: To provide a technical advisory service to customers. To manage the customer questionnaire responses for Overseal site primarily and back up for other EU sites. To maintain the technical documentation for Overseal site primarily. Assist Global Quality SCBU team with system administration items, continuous improvement projects as needed. Assist local Overseal Quality team with maintenance of the Quality Assurance system, and technical administration for the E1 system. Assist SCBU EU Regulatory team with food, pharmaceutical and related regulations, compliance & regulatory strategy affecting the business. Main responsibilities: Fully support and proactively participate in site safety, quality, and environmental programmes Complete customer surveys, questionnaires, data sheets, information requests accurately and in a timely manner Maintain Finished Product Specifications, supporting technical documents managed via Overseal systems. Maintain non-hazardous safety data sheets and update when required. Liaise with the Quality Documentation team and Regulatory Team when required on regulatory enquiries. Work with team members on Continuous improvement documentation projects, including integration projects as required. Assist in the maintenance of the site Quality Assurance system where required, including Supplier Assurance. Liaise with Production to obtain customer requested information e.g., packaging configurations. Liaise with S&I when required on technical enquiries related to Quality / Supplier topics Advise the business on regulatory compliance for colours products. SDS changes to be managed via Givaudan EHS team Effectively review and provide new ingredient approvals, application assessment, product launches and regulatory troubleshooting. Responsible for regulatory integration and portion of item nomination process.
