If the answer to the above is YES, then one of Leicestershire's biggest employers wants to hear from you! We want you to join our innovative, hard-working, and caring Waterlily team, within Adult Eating Disorders!

You will work alongside clinical staff to support the provision of high-quality care to patients, their loved ones, and referring clinicians to ensure a smooth transition through our service.
You will need to be a good team player, have strong emotional resilience, and possess excellent organisational and communication skills.
You need to be able to work both on your own initiative and as part of the wider team, prioritising your work effectively.

We are looking for emotionally resilient, hard-working, and innovative people to support our extremely busy department.

All of these are designed to give you the most rewarding employment experience you can imagine; whether that is a better work-life balance, a step upwards on the career ladder, or just knowing that you are contributing to the welfare of our patients.
We can and will work with you to help you achieve your goals.
