The Behaviour Support Assistant role involves supporting children with additional needs such as ASC, ADHD, MLD and SEMH. You will be required to work with small groups and 1:1 with a range of ages and levels of learning. You will need to be able to adapt teaching styles appropriately to student’s individual needs and interests to facilitate enjoyable and effective learning experiences.
