Position: School Mental Health Assistant - SEMH Teaching Assistant
Responsibilities:
1. Support students with social, emotional, and mental health needs.
2. Work collaboratively with teachers and clinical staff.
3. Implement individual support plans.
4. Facilitate group activities aimed at promoting mental well-being.
Qualifications:
1. Degree in Psychology or relevant experience.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Passion for working with children and young people.
