We're seeking a results-driven Growth Marketing Manager to join our team.
In this global role, you'll collaborate with the Head of Growth, driving a new customer marketing program and supporting new customer acquisition.
As our Growth Marketing Manager, you will:
Paid Media:
* Create, develop, and manage customer campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn to support customer upsell and expansion.
* Collaborate with content and field marketing teams to constantly iterate our campaigns.
* Monitor campaign performance against targets, sharing trends and identifying opportunities.
* Stay up-to-date with the evolution of our products and customers to ensure ComplyAdvantage remains at the cutting edge of acquiring new customers and expanding existing relationships.
Digital Marketing:
* Develop and maintain customer segmentation strategies to identify key customer groups and tailor marketing messages accordingly.
* Create, optimize, and personalize campaign landing pages, as well as develop an email marketing strategy for customer-related nurtures and newsletters.
* Support on customer community and webinar strategy from ideation through to post-event communication.
* Identify and nurture advocates, developing programs to encourage referrals and positive reviews.
* Report on campaign and email performance, working to constantly optimize and exceed objectives.
What we are looking for:
Essential:
* 2-3+ years experience of customer marketing.
* Significant paid advertising experience across LinkedIn Ads.
* Strong understanding of CRM systems and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
* Strong understanding of B2B marketing techniques.
* Strong analytical skills, and able to communicate complex issues in plain English.
* Able to collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders.
Desirable:
* Working knowledge of Mutiny or similar CRO/personalisation software.
* ABM platform experience e.g. 6sense, Demandbase
* Good experience with Google's digital marketing solutions e.g. GA4 and Tag Manager
* Ability to map customer journeys through tools such as Hotjar
