We are looking to appoint Teaching Assistants to work at Whipton Barton Federation. The salary is offered at Grade B, at £18,070 per annum. Working hours will be 33.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday over 38 weeks (term time) and ½ an hour each day working as a Meal Time Assistant. This post is subject to satisfactory references, a probationary period and an enhanced DBS check.

Responsibilities- Assist the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and activities for children.- Provide support to students with special needs, including those with autism.- Help maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment.- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and other staff members.- Assist with toddler care and supervision as needed.- Collaborate with the teaching team to ensure a positive educational experience for all students.
