Conveyancing Assistant – Chester
This friendly, professional conveyancing team in Chester city centre has an exciting opportunity for a Conveyancing Assistant. You will assist a senior conveyancer (and the wider team) with all aspects of its diverse residential caseload, from instruction to completion.
What You’ll Do:
* Manage client and third-party communication (phone, email, face-to-face)
* Chase important documents, including IDs, mortgage offers and searches
* Keep case management systems updated in real time
* Prepare completion packs, statements and invoices
* Handle post-exchange matters and manage completions
What You’ll Need:
* 2+ years’ experience as a Conveyancing Assistant
* Strong admin skills and attention to detail
* Excellent communication and a good phone manner
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office and case management systems
* A team player with a can-do attitude!
