Robert Half are exclusively partnering with a global private equity backed real estate firm based in central London to recruit an experienced Billings analyst to join their finance team.
Role:
Our client is looking to recruit a Billing analyst, on a permanent basis. In this role you will be responsible for the following duties:

o Generate accurate and timely invoices and statements across varying billing cycles (monthly, termly, annual).
o Support the Billing Manager in designing and distributing invoice recharge templates tailored to school policies.
o Bill and manage penalty/FILON income, and
o Bill and manage other income via accounting software.
o Assist in the annual contract renewal process in collaboration with the Admissions team.
General
o Collaborate with the Credit Controller in responding to queries from shared Finance mailboxes.
o Provide prompt document support, including invoice and statement copies.
o Reconcile customer ledgers with attention to detail.
o Assist in managing deposit refunds.
o Liaise with external auditors on billing and debtor queries.
o Provide ad hoc support to the Head of AR as needed.
Profile:
The successful candidate will have 5+ years experience in billing. This includes invoice generation, allocation of invoices, sending invoices, reconciliation of any income and dealing with queries regarding invoices.
