Key Responsibilities:
1. Supervise classes during teacher absences, ensuring students remain on task.
2. Follow pre-set lesson plans and manage classroom behaviour effectively.
3. Provide support and guidance to students as needed.

Requirements:
1. No experience necessary; full training provided by ABC Teachers.
2. A passion for working with young people.
3. Strong communication and organisational skills.
4. Adaptability and resilience in a school environment.
5. A degree (desirable but not essential) or relevant experience in coaching, tutoring, or mentoring.
6. The ability to adapt to different classroom environments.
7. An Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
