Job Description

Join us on a culinary journey at the Rank group, where you could be our next STAR! Working closely with the head chef, you will strive to meet and exceed customer expectations daily.
You will:
* Acknowledge, welcome, and assist customers across all areas
* Embody our core values of Service, Teamwork, Ambition, Responsibility, and Solutions
* Collaborate with the hosting and wider casino team
* Prepare, cook, season, and present casino menus according to recipe standards
* Follow all HACCP and safety guidelines to ensure food safety throughout the venue
* Report any defective equipment or systems to the head chef or duty manager
* Manage stock rotation (FIFO), ordering, and usage diligently to minimize losses
* Seek feedback from customers and front-of-house teams to improve food quality and exceed expectations
* Maintain a 'clean as you go' policy in all food preparation and service areas
Qualifications
* Experience in a culinary or food preparation role
* Minimum of 6 months experience working in a commercial kitchen
* Flexible with shifts and adaptable to business needs
* Knowledge of HACCP and food safety guidelines
* Level 2 Food Safety certification or working towards it
