Job Description:
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Global Industrial Technical Offer Manager to play a pivotal role in driving our success. You will lead the conceptualization, development, and project management of insight-driven technical solution offers that propel business growth. You will also take ownership of the pipeline for future technical solutions and digital initiatives, ensuring they are strategically aligned with business priorities.
As a key strategic leader, you will craft and implement the global strategy for solution offers, working in close collaboration with various functions, including Innovation & Engineering (I&E), Sales & Technical, Technology, Global Supply Chain (GSC), Finance, and Marketing. Together, we will ensure the successful delivery of high-impact projects that align with our growth and innovation objectives.
Key Accountabilities
1. Lead the development of new solution-based offers that differentiate and deliver value to customers in the industrial sector.
2. Build and maintain a long-term development pipeline informed by customer insights, linking to wider business activities and strategies (e.g., focus sectors, product portfolios, CMS, and sustainability goals).
3. Own and manage supplier relationships and the network/distribution footprint to support solution delivery.
4. Create and deliver creative marketing solutions by proposing customer value propositions, marketing strategies, and launch plans for each offer, tailored to both direct and indirect channels.
5. Collaborate with insights and pricing functions to gather essential data inputs and develop robust Customer Value Propositions (CVPs).
6. Develop and activate communication strategies for each offer, including toolkits designed to engage decision-making units (DMUs) and C-suite audiences.
7. Oversee the implementation of offer development projects, including ventures, new business models, products, and services across industrial, marine, and energy sectors.
8. Deploy ready-to-implement program packages to country teams, supporting local deployment and commercialization efforts, ensuring timely, on-budget delivery.
9. Adhere to established development processes (e.g., CVP, OD&I), and create stage-gate frameworks to guide effective development and deployment.
10. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with teams across communications, product and brand, pricing, insights, OEM capabilities, and market resources to ensure seamless delivery.

Education:
* A university degree is essential, with a business qualification being a strong advantage.

* Proven experience in marketing and proposition development, showcasing a proven track record of driving impactful initiatives.
* Industry expertise in the industrial sector, bringing valuable insights and understanding.
* Experience navigating and thriving within complex, global organizations.
* Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead and implement large-scale initiatives effectively.
* Exceptional relationship-building skills, with a history of engaging senior leaders across diverse business areas.
* Excellent communication and presentation abilities, ensuring clarity and influence at all levels.
