Salary: 40,000 (plus generous joining bonus)

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead by example and inspire your team to deliver the highest quality care.
* Ensure the best outcomes for the people you support.
* Oversee all aspects of service management, ensuring compliance with CQC standards.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in managing services for adults with learning disabilities and/or complex needs.
* Strong CQC experience.
* Level 5 Leadership in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
