The Role:
As an Account Manager - Executive Search, you’ll play a key role in building and managing relationships with clients and candidates while driving business growth. Your role will include:
* Client Engagement: Meeting with clients in-person and virtually to understand their business, growth plans, and hiring needs.
* Candidate Management: Sourcing, headhunting, and engaging with top-tier professionals to align them with high level opportunities.
* Market Research: Conducting in-depth industry research to develop expertise in your field and advise clients effectively.
* Negotiation & Deal-Making: Managing contract negotiations, including candidate employment terms and client agreements.
* Business Development: Identifying new opportunities to expand JL Partners' footprint within the executive search market.
