HR Programme and Systems Advisor
Location: Cheltenham, UK (On-site)

Role Overview:
This is a hybrid role that combines data management, analysis and reporting with the coordination and management of our key people programmes such as Apprenticeships and colleague onboarding. This is a critical role in enabling the UK Supply HR team to provide a best-in-class service and is a great opportunity to develop key skills and knowledge in various areas of HR including Reward, ER, data analysis and people development.
This will be a great professional role for somebody wanting to build their operational experience. We are looking for someone who already has brilliant skills in systems and data, particularly if they are au fait or quick to learn how to use apps like PowerBI and Excel.
This is a great time to be joining the team as we go through a period of positive change with a new General Manager and a leadership team which is highly committed to continuous improvement. This role will be integral in helping us to support the business as it continues to develop and therefore requires an evolved level of HR support.
Your objectives and responsibilities will focus on:
* Working with our HR and Time Management System to ensure accuracy, updates and improvements
* Supporting the review and implementation of an evolved HR system and ensuring that we are continuously improving our management and processing of information
* Reviewing our data and analyzing how we are performing against inclusion, people measures and targets, such as performance ratings, pay review and talent planning
* Developing a portfolio of dashboards and analysis tools to maintain reports that communicate findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
* Ensuring the accuracy, completeness and consistency of data by implementing data validation and cleaning processes
* Supporting in the coordination of key HR events and processes including approvals, communications and contract management to ensure required HR processes are followed according to best practice industry standards and agreed SLAs are met
* Engaging with key stakeholders to understand their requirements, present findings and offer recommendations based on data-driven insights
* Playing an active and critical role in managing and supporting the ongoing delivery and development of our award-winning Apprenticeship programme
* Reviewing partnership colleges, managing intakes, recruitment campaigns that encourage a diverse range of participants, lifecycle management and helping us to utilize our so far untapped Apprenticeship levy
Your previous experience is likely to include:
* Working with HR systems, Excel and PowerBI
* Proficiency or ability to quickly learn programming languages such as SQL and advanced Excel
* Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
* A demonstrated ability to translate data into actionable business insights
* Using and understanding the Apprenticeship Levy
* Managing training/learning programmes

* Show a working knowledge of HR practice, policy and procedure
