What we are looking for
As a Trainee / Recruitment Consultant you will be introduced into the fast-paced nature of servicing the recruiting demands of our client’s strategic technology projects, learning how to identify, engage and manage the very best IT, technology, data science and engineering professionals. You will need to learn quickly; mistakes and delays will cost money and you will be expected to quickly grasp complex scenarios at a business, technological and social level.
You will be an excellent communicator with an entrepreneurial spirit and will be able to demonstrate the following competencies:
* A clear communicator & attentive listener – you will be dealing with industry professionals.
* A problem solver – ability to think for yourself and proactively solve issue.
* Emotionally intelligent – aware of yourself and others and able to react to changing scenarios.
* A graduate or an understanding of the sales process, ideally at least 1 years experience
an ability to influence.
* A desire to excel / an interest in self-improvement.
* An interest in technology and/or business.
