The Clinical Ops Clinical Support Lead (CSL) is responsible for their Functional Assessor (FA) teams and provides clinical support and guidance to their assessors. This role requires a proactive, individual approach, whilst acting as a role model promoting excellence and quality. The Clinical Ops CSL will work directly alongside the Clinical Ops Service Delivery Manager (SDM) in supporting the successful achievement of growth within their team, through both capacity and outputs and by providing a smooth and effective development journey. The role will involve regularly observing and dip checking the work of the FA's quickly identifying emerging trends relating explicitly to consistency & quality of the FAs clinical practice to allow robust supportive intervention to be put in place. Delivering bespoke training/workshop sessions to address learning needs will be a pivotal part of the role. The Clin Ops CSL will be responsible for performance against contractual Target Performance Levels (TPLs), specifically focusing on achievement against TPL1(a&b) and TPL13, whilst improving the overall customer experience, and ensuring full compliance of the PIPAG. They will also drive the continuous reflection and learning with regards to the FAs Clinical Professional Development via planned training and clinical meetings weaving the Ingeus values through the discussions and support. Responsibilities: Regular informative, quality 1-2-1s which includes Clinical Supervision, using toolkits available. Feedback through audit with corrective actions put in place to support learning and success. Cascade up to date information, plus ADHOC support and guidance regarding PIPAG to FA’s within the team through regular joint buzz meetings. Maintain FA related paperwork ensuring all relevant information is captured and shared with relevant people involved in the FAs journey. Identify any trends and/or patterns which allows you to create individual training plans at each stage of the journey where necessary. Ongoing evaluation of quality providing ideas/suggestions on areas for improvement. Monitor FAs performance through regular MI to include audit feedback, AAD, average assessments per day. Work with the Clinical Delivery Manager to identify themes to create refresher/bespoke training as and when necessary. Providing regular progress updates into the wider Clinical teams i.e. through CAM calls. Support Stage Three/Four in the teams. Complete OPA’s/Audit amendments for any FAs that sit within your team who are on LTS or out of the business to support the claimant journey. Essential Criteria: Proactive.
