We are seeking a dedicated Service Manager for our Services to Older People at CrossReach. This role involves managing our residential and respite service ensuring high-quality standards, and contributing to the strategic direction of CrossReach. You will oversee staff management, budget control, and develop new services based on local needs. Effective liaison with internal and external partners and deputising for the Head of Service as needed are also key responsibilities.
In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the application of best practices, adherence to policies, and effective management of staff development, incidents, and complaints. You'll also be responsible for overseeing quality improvement initiatives, participating in strategic planning, and preparing annual reports.
