3. Support the finance team with accounts payable tasks/purchase ledger tasks.
4. Processing invoices
5. Complete payment runs
6. Bank reconciliation
7. Perform any additional tasks as required by the finance team.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Purchase Ledger Clerk should have:
8. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
9. Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
10. Strong understanding of accounts payable responsibilities.
11. Experience working within education is ideal but not essential.
