About the Role As a VDA, you’ll be a crucial part of the repair process—assessing damage on a wide range of vehicles, including hybrids and EVs. You’ll use Audatex to create accurate repair estimates and collaborate with insurance engineers, customers, and our skilled bodyshop team to ensure efficient and high quality repairs. Key Responsibilities Accurately assess vehicle damage and create detailed repair estimates using Audatex Communicate effectively with insurance engineers and customers to manage expectations Ensure all assessments comply with BSI PAS 10125 standards and manufacturer guidelines Handle multiple assessments in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Deliver outstanding service with a focus on customer satisfaction What We're Looking For Proven experience in a VDA role within the accident repair industry Proficiency in using Audatex for damage assessment and costing Knowledge of hybrid and electric vehicles is advantageous Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities A proactive, team-oriented approach with a strong attention to detail ATA Estimating qualification is desirable, though we support training and renewals Why Steer Automotive Group?
