Customer Service Administrator
Lowestoft, Suffolk
£24,000 - £26,000 p/a
12 week, temp-to-perm
This large UK based company is currently looking to add a new member to their Customer Service Team. In this role you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and administration support to all UK based customers. It will be your responsibility to build excellent working relationships to ensure that issues are dealt with quickly and efficiently leaving customers always feeling valued.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Point of contact for customers
2. Process incoming sales orders and sales returns orders
3. Troubleshooting incoming calls to provide simple fixes and logging engineer visits as required
4. Scanning in of unit detail paperwork and ensuring linked to computer system accurately
Key Skills:
5. Customer focused
6. Ability to learn new processes quickly
7. Excellent telephone manner
8. Experience of computer order entry and CRM systems (Microsoft Navision/Salesforce ideally)
9. Experience of working in a fast-paced office environment
