This has been achieved with the addition to the team of two new managers who have the drive and ambition to take the company forward, seek out new territories to expand and take the company forward.
When people start to look for care at home for their loved one’s or for themselves, they want to be able to have the peace of mind that they are getting value for money and the right care at the time they require.
They need clear and direct communications to a system which makes starting care package as simple and as straightforward as possible, sometimes at a moment’s notice. People also need flexibility and choice, and they often need help as quickly as possible.
This is the approach we’ve taken at Jewel Home Support and it has proved to be a fundamental part of our success.
The way we deliver care is critical and important as this industry is very people oriented. All staff need to bring a winning combination of the right character and attitude. We train, monitor and supervise our staff closely and effectively.
What is important to Jewel Home Support is that we will only deliver the level of care that we would expect for our own friends and relatives. That’s the standard we set for ourselves and deliver to our customers.
