This position is available due to an internal move and the expansion on site where you will act as a dedicated point of contact for all customer enquiries in relation to sales order management and transacting at a high level of accuracy within established timelines.
A great opportunity to join our supply planning and customer operations team where you will be engaging with commercial, supply chain and third-party logistic providers to maximise order fulfillment and on time deliveries to customers.
Working Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5pm.
You will make contributions that matter by...
1. Receiving, validating and processing customer sales orders within the agreed timescales.
2. Investigating and managing incidents on delivery and pro-actively resolving ongoing issues to improve service levels.
3. Managing promotional activity by ensuring that correct product codes and effective dates are maintained on the system.
4. Monitoring actual demand vs forecast and feedback back the results to the commercial team.

5. Excellent customer service skills within a business to business environment, ideally in the manufacturing industry.
6. An understanding of manufacturing and logistic processes.
7. High attention to detail with a particular focus on electronic data interface order processing.
