This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with experience in sales or customer service to take on a role that combines relationship-building, problem-solving, and delivering exceptional service.
What You'll Be Doing:
1. Processing customer orders via phone and email, managing both inbound and outbound sales activities.
2. Providing exceptional customer support by handling queries, offering alternatives for unavailable products, and ensuring satisfaction.
3. Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and trust.
4. Collaborating with internal teams to meet business goals and providing administrative support to the External Sales team.
5. Addressing complaints, inquiries, and requests promptly and professionally.
Knowledge of construction products or prior experience in the construction industry is essential.
Monday - Friday 08:00-17:00
Salary depending on experience.
