The Role:
Job Title - Interim Lecturer in Animal Management
Location - Old Warden - Shuttleworth College
Hours - 21 hours per week
Contract Length - 24 March 2025 - 1 May 2025
Pay Rate - Competitive hourly rate
What You'll Be Doing:
Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons on animal-based topics.
Teach and provide expert subject knowledge to students across Levels 1 - 3.
Support and mentor students, offering constructive feedback to enhance their learning.
Prepare students for examinations and career progression.
Stay up to date with the latest industry and educational developments.
What We're Looking For:
A degree in Animal Management or a related field.
Minimum GCSE qualifications in Maths & English.
Experience teaching animal management at Levels 1 - 3.
Confidence in using Microsoft Office applications.
Strong communication skills, both face-to-face, over the phone, and in writing.
An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service.
