Candidates are required to hold, at a minimum, an Advanced Diploma in Counselling that has included a placement of 80 hours plus, to ensure that they are equipped to undergo the specific modality training and work independently in the team. The post holder must be Accredited or working towards accreditation with BACP or UKCP.
