As they continue to grow, we are seeking a talented Dynamics NAV/BC Consultant to join their dynamic team.
Position Overview: They are looking for an experienced Dynamics NAV/BC Consultant to provide exceptional support and consulting services to their clients. In this remote role, you will collaborate closely with clients to understand their business needs, configure and implement solutions, and provide ongoing support to ensure the successful utilisation of Microsoft Dynamics NAV/BC.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with clients to gather and analyse business requirements.
* Design and configure Microsoft Dynamics NAV/BC solutions to meet client needs.
* Conduct system testing and quality assurance to ensure the accuracy of implemented solutions.
* Provide training and support to end-users to maximize system utilisation.
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise.
* Stay up-to-date with Microsoft Dynamics NAV/BC updates and best practices.
* Assist in pre-sales activities, including product demonstrations and presentations.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
* Proven experience as a Dynamics NAV/BC Consultant.
* Strong understanding of Dynamics NAV/BC functionality and customization.
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Effective communication and client-facing skills.
* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and remotely.
* Microsoft Dynamics NAV/BC certifications are a plus.
