Title: Wholesale Coordinator/Accounts Receivables UK
Reports to: Operations Manager WS
Working hours: Maternity cover for 1 year (Full time)
Location: London, UK
Objectives:
As Wholesale Coordinator, your main task is to provide J.Lindeberg’s Wholesale partners with the best possible service regarding order placement, re-orders, handling returns, claims, and answering questions and A/R tasks for the UK market. You will work closely with the wholesale sales team, ensuring orders are placed correctly in our ERP system to meet customer needs, as well as optimizing and supporting our yearly net sales target through a hands-on approach related to the re-order/pre-order business across markets. You will also collaborate closely with the Account Receivable team.
Working tasks:
* B2B Customer administration and account management
* Administration and optimization of re-orders and returns
* Handling claims & creating credit memos
* Proactively managing sales orders during the season, ensuring orders are shipped, updating shortages, and clearing out leftover quantities after the season
* Handling new customer onboarding and ensuring we can deliver according to their needs
* Sales coordination and supporting the wholesale sales team
* Working closely with the outbound coordinator and other Supply Chain stakeholders
* Ensuring Sales Orders are correct in the ERP system (BC) before the order deadline
* Acting as the financial point of contact in the UK
* Bank bookings for incoming payments and payout credit memos
* Month End Closing process including bank and balance sheet reconciliation, bad debt accruals, and Customer balance to date reporting
Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 years’ experience working with Customer Support and/or Accounts Receivable
Highly efficient, structured, and organized with strong administrative skills
Ability to work in a rapidly changing work environment and manage several tasks and projects simultaneously
Experience working in ERP systems; Business Central is considered a merit
Entrepreneurial and result-oriented
Communicative and constructive
Excellent English communication - written and verbal is a must. Other languages are considered a merit
High level of motivation with a strong focus on team spirit
Great knowledge of the apparel business
