Commercial Coordinator (Hair and Beauty)
Location: Rotherham (With offsite working)
Salary: £25,600 - £27,121 per annum
The Role
Our clients are looking for an individual to join their dynamic, passionate team. As a Hair and Beauty Commercial Coordinator, you will coordinate the operation of the commercial salon, looking for ways to increase sales and revenue, and ensuring clients return by delivering a VIP experience.
You will assess the performance of learners within commercial environments and have recent industry experience in a reception, customer service, or retail environment.
As the successful candidate, you will communicate and liaise with the teaching department to plan the commercial element to promote and advertise to clients. Understanding the delivery of treatments is essential to ensure the correct services are offered at the right time.
A key aspect of this role is assessing learners and apprentices completing Reception and Sales modules during their work placements. You will manage your diary regarding employer visits and meet the KPIs related to employer relations.
You will liaise with the RNN Group Marketing Team to provide content for social media promotions, salon information, and celebrating learner success. Additionally, you will assist with reception duties, welcoming clients to the salon, taking payments, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Skills and Qualifications
To be the Commercial Coordinator (Hair and Beauty), you will have experience working in a commercial salon with relevant professional industry experience, including sales experience and proven success.
You should hold a Level 2 (or equivalent) qualification in English and Maths, a Level 3 vocational qualification, and hold an Assessors Award (CAVA/A1).
Department Info
The Commercial Coordinator role will report directly to the Curriculum Manager and work closely with the Curriculum Team Leaders, Lecturers, Trainers, and Technicians.
