What the Job Involves Provide safe care and support for adults 'at risk', ensuring all basic needs outlined in their support plans and risk assessments are met. Deliver agreed care plans, support clients with personal care activities, and monitor service user progress while maintaining accurate records. Engage and motivate service users, contribute to daily activity planning and support their well-being through positive interactions. Accurately administer medication, ensure information security, and maintain thorough documentation of care plans and risk assessments. Utilize appropriate equipment, follow health and safety procedures, manage service user transportation, and operate equipment according to training. Contribute to meetings and communicate professionally with service users, families, and other professionals involved in care delivery. Work within established protocols, use initiative for day-to-day issues, support financial procedures, and report incidents to a manager. Engage in risk management, operate equipment safely, and ensure compliance with safety and data protection policies. Participate in health and safety management, informing supervisors of potential hazards and proactively applying risk assessments.
