Salary:
£40,748+ depending on skills and experience
What you’ll be doing:
Continuously improve the Ocean Interfaces ways of working by defining and streamlining how we adapt and monitor a project
Support with project performance reporting, quality data management and gaining insights from the project data to drive improvements and celebrate the successes
Collaborate with the delivery teams and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure the project is being delivered to cost, schedule and quality
Support the future planning of a growing programme
Monitor milestones and assess future trends to understand and ascertain the health of the Ocean Interfaces’ projects
Your skills and experiences:
Essential:
Some experience or exposure within a Project Management environment
Understanding of Project Management toolsets and methodologies
Microsoft Projects and advanced knowledge of Excel, Gant Charts and Pivot tables
Commercial awareness and understanding budgets and ability to interpret data
Desirable:
Relevant Degree in Project Management or Business Management
Experienced in using SAP
Risk Management experience

The Project Management Function Team:
You will be joining in the start of a once in a generation challenge as part of Ocean Interfaces. This is a multidiscipline, multi-location delivery team that rises to the global challenges and delivers design solutions for deployable assets on the future attack nuclear submarine, directly contributing to a multibillion-pound complex project. The programme is for future submarines bringing in a novelty and complexity in technology, while the added schedule and programme complexity means the days are full of problem solving and teamwork.
We offer relocation support packages across all Submarines roles, subject to meeting eligibility criteria.
