Allen & York are delighted to be working with a global engineering organisation as they look to recruit a Sustainability Reporting professional to join their business and lead on ensuring non-financial regulatory reporting compliance. This is a pivotal role for the business and you will be joining an established, high performing Team of Sustainability professionals and working in the Group function.
Reporting to the Group Sustainability Director, you will have experience of having worked with most of the following: TCFD, SASB, CSRD, EU Taxonomy, CDP and SBTi, but you'll also be an experienced finance professional, ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified. If you do not possess one of these qualifications, you will have sufficient experience in accounting and experience of sustainability reporting is preferred. In addition to these, if you have experience of having developed models and scenarios around climate related risks, that would be highly advantageous, as this is something you'll be involved with in this role. You'll also possess strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills as you'll be working strategically and engaging with a number of people internally and externally. Whilst you won't directly own a budget, you will play an important role in developing and managing the annual budget related to reporting systems and you'll help to develop the Sustainability Plan for the Group, so any prior involvement of having managed budgets will be helpful.
The companies' Headquarters are in Gloucestershire and they operate on a hybrid basis, so you'll be expected to be in the office about two days a week and you will have two direct line reports so visibility is important.
So, if you'd like to join a highly successful company and work in a global capacity and you're suitably qualified, please send your CV to (url removed).
