Job Description
Owing to the growing success of Box2 we are looking to appoint an Executive Assistant. You’ll be a highly organised proactive self-starter and customer obsessed Executive Assistant, providing essential operational support to the Managing Director. The position involves a 4 to 5-day working week, based in Bolney, West Sussex.
The Executive Assistant will need to build effective working relationships inside and outside of the organization with discretion and integrity. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, have impeccable attention to detail, strong organization skills and will be able to work effectively in an ambiguous environment while preserving a flexible nature.
The role requires problem-solving, a proactive attitude and the ability to multitask. You’ll provide critical support to Box2 senior leaders, including but not limited to managing calendars and deadlines, processing invoices and expenses, forecasting and merchandising, assisting and maintaining buying plans, organising editorials and marketing communication, being the point of contact for office admin and supporting customer services with online orders and customer queries.
You’ll be comfortable juggling multiple responsibilities, knowing which tasks to prioritise and maintaining clear, prompt and effective communication with team members and customers alike. You must also maintain strict confidentiality over some of the information you handle. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to work in a creative environment as you will be part of the buying process as well as the creation of new collections. Box2 is a small company and we encourage everyone on the team to contribute ideas. That said, this is not an editing or writing job. We’re looking for someone to help Box2 run like clockwork and foster a great working environment.
Who you are:
* Ability to review and interpret campaign results and insights (desirable).
* Good verbal skills; confident on the phone with customers.
* Highly self-sufficient and resourceful, with a passion for fashion and a willingness to learn and grow skills.
* Excellent people skills.
* The ability to write creatively to support Marketing activities, familiarity with editorial and collection production processes is preferred.
* Outstanding organisational and time-management skills.
* Strong interpersonal communication skills with an emotionally intelligent communication style.
* Demonstrated experience working as a Personal Assistant or an Executive Assistant to senior leaders.
* Experience handling sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency using the Google suite of tools including Google Sheets and Google Calendar. Experience with Shopify platform is preferred.
