Job Description
3. Managing the CEO's diary ensuring all appointments are logged and information suitably prepared for each meeting.
4. Delegating / coordinating the CEO's workload.
5. Preparing for meetings, including but not limited to arranging, attending and taking minutes at meetings.
6. Managing travel arrangements; booking flights / travel / VISA's / accommodation / providing itineraries.
7. Processing expenses requirements.
8. Prepare correspondence on behalf of the CEO, including the drafting of general replies.
9. Assisting the purchasing team with supplier requests and raising purchase orders.
10. Typing, compiling, and preparing documents and presentations.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Executive Assistant should have:
11. Proven experience in a similar role within the retail industry.
12. Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
13. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
14. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
15. Proficiency in MS Office and database management.
16. Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
17. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
