Role: Leadership opportunity with the potential for progression. Reporting to and working closely with the Operations Manager and General Manager, you will have responsibility for developing and improving the performance of a high volume, fast moving 'blue collar' operation. You will lead and promote a culture of continuous improvement. You will identify issues negatively affecting performance and implement corrective action plans to resolve.
