The Role
We are looking for a passionate and experienced care and support worker to join our client's dynamic team. In this rewarding role, you will:
1. Empower individuals with learning disabilities to live independently and confidently.
2. Develop and manage personalized support plans, collaborating with a network of professionals.
3. Inspire and motivate customers to engage in social activities and become active members of their community.
Your previous experience as a support worker will be invaluable, and your basic literacy and IT skills will help you keep accurate records. Our services operate around the clock, providing 24-hour supported housing.
To ensure we provide the highest quality of care, we will conduct an enhanced background check with the Disclosure and Barring Service, including a check of the Adult Barred list, upon a job offer. This check will be renewed every three years.

Previous experience in a similar position is preferred, especially if you have experience with medication management and safeguarding.
