The Role As a Scheduler, you'll play a vital role in coordinating our engineering and service operations. Your primary responsibilities will include scheduling engineers and subcontractors, managing purchase orders, creating customer quotations, and supporting the engineering team. This is a hands-on role where you'll directly contribute to the smooth delivery of our services. Key Responsibilities Job Coordination: Schedule engineers and subcontractors for new and ongoing client projects. Procurement: Raise purchase orders, place orders with suppliers, and procure necessary materials and equipment. Customer Support: Prepare and send quotations, handle client inquiries via phone and email, and maintain exceptional customer service standards. Administrative Support: Maintain web-based portals and internal systems in line with company procedures. Create, update, and manage documents using Microsoft Word and Excel. Provide day-to-day administrative support to field engineers. Communication: Act as the first point of contact for client and supplier queries, ensuring clear and professional communication.
