The Role
Your key responsibilities will include:
* General administrative tasks including, but not limited to, typing and distributing letters, answering calls, photocopying and scanning
* Assisting with duties of Reception and Admin Supervisor when required (including welcoming visitors)
* Completing timesheet accurately on a daily basis
* Postal responsibilities including daily scanning and booking of post, opening of mail
* Payroll responsibilities including payroll checks and daily filing of documents using Iris software
* Archiving and maintaining archive database
* Processing of in-house forms
* Banking when required
