This position will specialise in providing assistance to children requiring ongoing care. Your work will be purpose-driven, with a confident handling of associated risks. The team is well-equipped to facilitate timely operations while allowing ample room for reflection - reflection being key to any social work practice.
Within the Child Health and Disability Team, workers embody kindness, consistency, and a sharp focus when engaging with children, adolescents, and their families or caregivers. Managers are easily accessible, and staff well-being stands as a top priority.
As this is a statutory role, you will require a social work qualification & registration to Social Work Wales.
